What Information does mDesign Collect?
IWF and Bedford Falls Media, Inc. collects information in two ways: (1) directly from you and (2) automatically as a result of your participation in an IWF or Bedford Falls Communications, Inc. Event or use of the Site. Information Collected Directly from You. We may collect and retain information directly provided by you. For example, we collect information you give us when you:
Communicate with us, such as to provide feedback, ask for additional information, or make a request;
Register for or manage an account with us;
Register for or participate in mDesign Live, or another IWF or Bedford Falls Communications, Inc. Event;

We may collect information such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information and any other information that you provide to us. You can stop receiving promotional emails by submitting a request to the address in the “Contact Us” section below or following the unsubscribe instructions in e-mails that you receive. Clicking on an unsubscribe link will take you to a webpage where you can complete the opt-out process. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you transactional communications, such as those about your account, relating to an IWF or Bedford Falls Communications, Inc. Event for which you have registered, to fulfill orders you have made, to ask you to rate a product you purchased, or IWF or Bedford Falls Communications, Inc. California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). No information should be submitted to or posted to the Site by visitors younger than thirteen (13) years old.
